  • Logan Rewards is a free membership program which allows you to earn points for shopping locally.
  • Simply shop at any participating outlet, and you’ll receive points which you can use to redeem great gift cards and items from your favourite stores, restaurants and clubs. 
  • Logan Rewards is all about being part of your community, doing what you do every day, and earning points along the way.
  • By joining Logan Rewards, you’re helping local businesses, the Logan economy, and YOURSELF.
  • Logan Rewards member benefits may be earned on any eligible transaction made in any participating Logan Rewards location.
  • Rewards are calculated from each transaction after all discounts, exchanges, refunds and redemptions are applied.
  • All you have to do is present your digital Logan Rewards in-app card (or printed barcode) to a Logan Rewards location staff member.
  • To start earning rewards, simply download the app and register. Then, you’re ready to go!
  • No. Most stores will offer two points for every dollar you spend.
  • But be on the lookout for specials. Some stores may offer more points on certain days of the week.
  • Others may offer you more points all the time. Check out the app for special offers.
Some stores will offer points for click and collect. Each store has its own page within our location map, which is where you’ll be able to find out what each of your favourite locations is offering.
Logan Rewards are offered and earned at participating locations which can be found by simply clicking the “earn points” tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
When you have enough points to redeem for one of the many benefits on offer, simply click “Redeem Points” on your app, or on the Logan Rewards website. You will see a list of options. Just like any store, click on the one/s you’d like to buy and complete the checkout process.
Logan Rewards does not yet offer a Points + Cash option. At the moment, it’s all about the points.
If you forget your password, don’t worry. You can reset your password in your App or by visiting the LOGANREWARDS.au and selecting ‘forgot password’. Once you provide your information, the log in details will be emailed to you.
To update any of your membership details, including contact information or a change of address, open your App or visit LOGANREWARDS.au
While the default is set to ‘Opt-In’, LOGAN REWARDS Members may also select to ‘Opt-Out’ from receiving one or some email and/or SMS marketing campaigns updates. But remember, if you opt out, you won’t see any exclusive member benefits, discounts, birthday benefits or other goodies that any of our stores might be offering.
Your Logan Rewards Member Benefits (and any subsequent points) will expire after 12-months of an idle membership (where there have been no purchases or redemptions). Other than that, check out our terms and conditions for information about suspected points fraud or any other activity which is not in the spirit of the membership.
